I took my wife her for her birthday and it was absolutely phenomenal. Everything from the valet to the ambiance of the restaurant, cocktails and food. It really made the experience special. The dishes were small but surprisingly filling, there was not one dish we did not like. We can't wait to go back. This is a great place for an intimate special occasion.

This was the lunch prefix menu. The views were amazing as expected, but the food was also surprisingly good and well portioned, especially for the price.

Courses were curated with a creative flare, paired perfectly with a nice red and beautiful scenery that goes as far as the eye can see! The view alone was enough to be fill you honestly. Breathtaking, in complete awe of Gods creation while enjoying a wonderful catch of the day (still thinking about it) Our service was wonderful, wish I remembered our servers name. She was gracious and genuinely kind, not found too often in with that age group. Perfect for place for dates or a great dinner with family and friends definitely an experience you want to share! As a last minute decision we truly enjoyed our time and will be back in the future

As many other reviewers have already said, this restaurant is worthy of the five-star review primarily due to two reasons; the view from your table is out of this world and the service is brilliant. The food is good, but these other two components to your experience will be much more memorable. Imagine this, you are perched up on a cliffside looking over the vast Pacific Ocean. Now, imagine this, you are sitting looking over the ocean, eating good food and drinking quality wine. Well, this is Sierra Mar.

The view and service deserve the full 5/5. The staff is incredibly kind, fun, and extremely knowledgeable about the environment, food, etc. The inclusive breakfast here was amazing and the selections were delicious. I highly recommend drinking at least one of each freshly pressed juice. The dinner here was ok. It brought me down a star for this only because the food wasn't as flavorful as I was anticipating. The main course and dessert was the best -- the dessert was actually exceptional. Overall, you're coming here to pay for fresh ingredients, incredible service, and the views.

Food: Dinner was delicious and beautiful. The dessert, an affogato, was surprisingly incredible. Views: Amazing. The whole restaurant was covered in windows so you can see all of the glory. Grounds: Absolutely beautiful. Everything here is art. But getting here is a hike from valet. There were so many stairs. Service: I think the service could have been better. We expected more formality but found that the environment was actually very casual. We didn't interact with the server much, and we asked a question that was never answered. We had requested a table by a window but were not seated by a window even though there were tables available. After requesting to be moved, we got a corner seat about midway through the meal.
